ADHD Groups
Our ADHD groups aim to address a variety of challenges and benefits that ADHD individuals experience.
To assist with those looking for a connection to others with ADHD to understand, learn and enhance relevant skills we offer a skills coaching group.
We also offer a general support group for individuals with ADHD. This is a great way to connect, share stories and hear others struggles and accomplishments while living with ADHD.
We also offer more tailored support groups for individuals, such as women with ADHD.
The benefits of joining a support group are:
- Connecting with other people who understand what it is like to live with ADHD
- Provides the opportunity to hear and share experiences of ADHD
- Be exposed to different strategies and methods to manage common ADHD struggles
- Share in the success and joy of people overcoming the challenges that ADHD can present.
