Crisis and After-Hours Support

Practice hours

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.

Reception is staffed intermittently during these hours. Emails and telephone messages are not continuously monitored.

Perception Psychology SA provides scheduled psychological assessment and treatment. We are not an emergency or crisis service and do not provide a 24-hour response.

Existing clients

If you are currently receiving treatment, please follow any individual safety or crisis-management plan developed with your treating clinician.

If you need assistance before your next scheduled appointment, contact an appropriate urgent support service or your GP, depending on the nature and urgency of your concerns.

Please do not wait for a response from our practice if your safety or the safety of another person is at immediate risk.
